Additionally, we will remain ready for local storm restoration and will be prepared to answer the call for mutual assistance anywhere within a 2,000-mile radius during national weather disasters.

Stephanie Willin, Owner
Blue Collar Utilities Owner, Stephanie Willin, has a bachelor's degree in conflict analysis and dispute resolution from Salisbury University, a master's degree from Delaware State University with manga cum laude honors, and half a decade of experience working in the customer service industry oftentimes dealing with strict deadlines and adhering to specific policies and procedures. She prides herself on honesty, transparency, and delivering quality, safe, professional, and cost-effective services to all of her customers.
Caleb Willin, Operations Manager
Blue Collar Utilities Operations Manager, Caleb Willin, has almost a decade’s experience working on transmission and distribution systems, assisting in emergency storm restoration from California to Maine, and even as far as Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria. He prides himself on maintaining clear and consistent communication with our customers, and ensuring safe work practices for all aspects of our business.
